Nine-Day, Eight-Night Trip; Seven-Night Mediterranean Cruise with Meals and Airfare from New York (JFK)
Nine-Day, Eight-Night Trip; Seven-Night Mediterranean Cruise of Turkey and Greece
During this seven-night, eight-day cruise, you’ll board a traditional Turkish yacht and sail the Mediterranean Sea, exploring historic port cities and sun-soaked Greek islands. In addition to meals and accommodations, this deal includes round-trip airfare from New York’s John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK).
Days 1–2: Bodrum, Cnidus, Inceburun, and Kargi
On the first day, the boat will remain anchored at Bodrum Port, which is located on Turkey’s southeast coast. Dating back to the 12th century BC, Bodrum is filled with celebrated sites, including the Mausoleum of King Mausolus, one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. The following morning, the boat will depart for the ancient city of Cnidus, which is situated on the tip of the Datca Peninsula. Once home to legendary scientists, doctors, and mathematicians, the island is now best known for its stunning ruins.
Days 3–4: Dirsek Buku, Kizil Ada, Bozburun, and Rhodes
On Day 3, you’ll have the chance to swim in the azure waters of Kizil Ada, an uninhabited island set off the Aegean coast. Then the boat ventures into Greek territory. After anchoring at Rhodes—the largest of the Dodecanese Islands—passengers will have the day to explore pristine beaches, mountain villages, and bustling nightclubs. Optional tours reveal the island’s rich history.
Days 5–6: Symi, Nisyros, and Kos
The next leg of the trip takes you to Symi, one of the most enchanting of the Dodecanese Islands. The hilly terrain is dotted with pine and oak forests and charming neoclassical houses. On Day 6, an optional bus tour will take groups to an active volcano on the nearby island of Nisyros. Another stop on the tour, the island of Kos, is home to Asklepio, an ancient healing temple where Hippocrates is said to have received his medical training. You’ll also find world-class sailing and an active party scene here.
Days 7–8: Black Island and Bodrum
After making another pit stop in Bodrum, you’ll head to Black Island for lunch and a swim. Meteor Bay, located on the southern side of the island, harbors underwater caves in warm, turquoise waters. After breakfast the following morning, guests will make their way to the airport for their flight home.
