Are you an avid Sunday Coupon Clipper?
If so you may have noticed that Walgreens debuted their new circular layout in today’s Sunday paper. There are lots of new features and money saving coupons with a re-designed look. You just might end up a Friday Coupon Clipper!
What’s New ?
Instead of coupons on different pages, now there is a one page coupon sheet. They are also grouped together by category to make it easier to navigate the grocery aisles. Take a look at how easy this will be to grab the one page of coupons and go ! It also gives you your final price rather than a cents off amount. This helps you to compare pricing to any other grocery store you might shop.
<< Each week I look for the FREE items first to add to my stockpile. In the print version, there is also a new layout to show you the final prices after Register Rewards. Here is a photo of it. Call me a creature of habit, but I’m not loving the font or size of the font that they have used to disclose the details. To me, the skinnier the font, the harder it is to read. It just doesn’t jump out to me as much as some of the other font sizes they have used. I’m sure like most things, I’ll get used to it.
What’s New Online and Mobile ?
When you sign up to receive their new weekly ad via email you will actually receive it on Fridays! They call it a Sneak Peek, we just call it Genius. This gives us 3 more days to plan our shopping and compare coupon matchups !
It also adds extra days where you can order your coupons from a coupon service in advance of everyone else ! Signup is available online at www.walgreens.com/sneakpeek or in stores. Those who register will receive a $5 coupon.
QR Codes and Mobile Alerts are also new to the Walgreens Circular. QR codes enable you to scan the code with your smartphone to unlock Bonus Buys. I do have an iphone but honestly I have never scanned a QR code. Have you? Would you be willing to if it helped grab a deal? I just might !
Colgate Optic White Toothpaste, 4/$12.00

Pur-Absorb Iron Supplement 28 packets $10
Get $10 RR Final Price: Free!
Mars Snickers Creme Hearts 2/$1 (Not In This Ad)

At the end of December, I Could Use a Deal made its first appearance on the North Carolina air waves! Jeanine Peterson, the owner of this blog was featured on a natural cold and flu remedy segment on WFMY News2 in Greensboro, North Carolina! She did a fantastic job covering these awesome natural, homeopathic product for viewers!
Below you will not only find information on the products featured in the Naturally Safe and Effective Kid’s Cold and Flu Safety Kit, but you will find that we have researched prices and sales for these products as well!
There’s another great deal, right now on BabyGanics Alchohol Free Foaming Hand Sanitizer On-the-Go at Amazon! I was given some when our newest addition was born, and I use it daily. I love this product because it doesn’t leave my hands dry or sticky, and it doesn’t have any fragrances! After I change the baby’s diaper, I am perfectly fine with sanitizing my hands with BabyGanics, picking him up, and not worrying about strong scents or skin irritations when I touch his skin. I’m also not worried about what chemicals are going into his mouth when he starts gnawing on my fingers!
Hyland’s Cold and Cough 4 Kids Multi-Symptom Liquid
Right now, Walgreens has Hylands Cold and Cough 4 Kids on sale! I have used this product for 3 of my 4 kiddos (the youngest is only 12 weeks old, but he’ll be taking it one day, too!). Hyland’s products are high quality, all natural, and all around fantastic homeopathics. You don’t have to worry about sugars or artificial dyes that most cough medicines have that are generally linked to hyper-activity, and accidental overdoses are just about non existent! I found this out when my now 7 year old was 18 months, and he got into my bottle of Hyland’s Migrane and ate.the.entire.bottle. I called the number on the back of the bottle, and the sweet lady said that he would be perfectly fine! I had no idea that you can’t really OD on homeopathics until then!
Mobi 4-in-1 Infrared Thermometer (due to time, not featured on segment)
The Mobi Thermometer is a fantastic thermometer for those of us who don’t want to wake the baby after he is finally asleep! Just a simple swipe of the forehead and down the face, and you have an accurate reading without disturbing baby OR other family members. Right now you can find these on Amazon for $10+ cheaper than the price sold on the Mobi website.
List Price: $28.95 Price: $20.00 You Save: $8.95 (31%)
With the recent information in the news about the dangers of using tap water and Neti type pots to irrigate your sinuses, Kid’s Xlear Nasal Spray is a great alternative to the typical nasal sprays that tend to dry out your little ones’ noses. The simple ingredients are purified water, xylitol, saline, and grapefruit seed extract (which our families uses for tons of different things to promote healthy bodies!). This keeps little noses clean and hydrated! GREAT product for infants!
List Price: $6.99 Price: $6.29 ($3.93 / oz) You Save: $0.70 (10%)

Walgreens Jingle Cash is Back this year !
How to Earn Walgreens Jingle Cash
Shop a Walgreens store from Dec. 4-17 and you can earn Jingle Cash to spend in stores the following week! You’ll get your Jingle Cash coupons at the register when you purchase qualifying items* of $30 or more throughout the store.
How Much You’ll Earn
Spend $ 30 – Earn $ 5 in Jingle Cash.
Spend $ 50 – Earn $ 10 in Jingle Cash.
Spend $ 75 – Earn $ 15 in Jingle Cash.
Spend $ 100 – Earn $ 20 in Jingle Cash.
I don’t shop at Walgreens frequently because they always seem to be out of stock on free items for me. But last year with the Jingle Cash I was able to score lots of FREE Hallmark Money Holders and Tissue paper, Goody Hair Accessories, and Bic Razors ! Let’s hope they have lots of FREEBIES again for Christmas.
